A no cost initial consultation and assessment will inform DAZA as to a recommended course of action, properly scope an engagement, and address a client’s issues and opportunities. Subsequently, a formal proposal of services will be provided to the client for consideration.

David J. Zammiello, SPHR
David is the CEO and Founder of DAZA Consulting Group, LLC. He formally launched DAZA CG in September 2023. David’s focus is to assist non-profit agencies and local businesses “find better ways” to optimize their processes, services, and capabilities.
Prior to launching DAZA, David served as the President and CEO of Project QUEST. David retired from Project QUEST in January 2023. QUEST is a nationally recognized non-profit and workforce development organization. It provides comprehensive support to enable underemployed and unemployed adults to achieve living wage employment.
In December of 2016, David retired as Vice-President from USAA, a Fortune 100 Company, after 32 years of exceptional professional achievement including more than 20 years of executive leadership experience leading high-performing teams and implementing strategic business plans.
David is active member of the San Antonio business and non-profit communities. He previously served on the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and UTSA Alumni Association Board of Directors. David recently served as Co-Chair of the 2024 SA Charter Review Commission. He currently is a member of the Non-Profit Council and Social Venture Partners SA.
David is a 1984 graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in Accounting and Business Data Systems. He earned a master's degree in Computer Information Systems from St. Mary's University in 1992. David also holds an Associate of Arts degree from San Antonio College. He has maintained the credential as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) since 2002.
